Privacy

Short version: we collect what you type into a form, we share it only when you ask us to, and you can have it deleted by emailing us.

Status lookups

When you check a status, your browser asks FMCSA's public data service directly. We don't store the numbers you look up. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser, time) may be kept briefly for security.

Opt-in requests

When you click "Connect me with one provider," we store your name, phone, email, USDOT number, the service you chose, the exact consent text you saw, the time, your IP address, and your browser type. We keep this so we can prove what you agreed to and so we can fix it if a provider misbehaves.

We send those details to one provider for the service you chose. That provider may contact you by phone, text, or email about that service. The provider is a separate company with its own privacy practices. We don't sell your details to anyone else and we don't add you to any marketing list.

Email from us

If we have your email from a public FMCSA filing, we may send you one message about your status and this site. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it immediately.

Your choices

Email jacob@huntora.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We'll confirm within five business days. Deleting it doesn't undo an introduction that already happened, but we'll tell the provider you withdrew consent.

Cookies

None for tracking. We may use basic analytics that don't identify you.
